THREE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRRANTY:

The manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that the Dura & RespectGearUsa logo products are free from defects in material and workmanship and will guarantee the product for the for the period of Three Years from the date of original purchase of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the product is designed, and does not apply to damage resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence (wearing the bag on one shoulder).

If Effenbags.com or its designated repair facility determines that there is a covered defect, the product will be repaired or replaced, at the option of Effenbags.com, with the same or similar product. This implied warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties.

In no event shall Effenbags.com be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. (Limited Warranty applicable in the USA only.)

Items must be returned to the warranty dept.  freight paid and a clear manufacturers defect must be established before a replacement is shipped.
